Keller and Heckman Continues to Grow its Diversity Initiative by Attaining the 2023-24 Mansfield Certification
—Washington, DC— International regulatory law firm Keller and Heckman LLP is delighted to announce the firm has attained the Mansfield Certification for midsize law firms for the second consecutive year. The data-driven initiative, known as Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule, focuses on enhancing inclusivity and diversity in leadership across participating law firms.
Mansfield is a structured, year-long certification process that ensures all talent within participating firms have fair and equal opportunities to advance into leadership roles. The approach emphasizes “opening the door wider” to create transparent and inclusive advancement opportunities for all.
