Keller and Heckman Partner Sophie Castillo will serve as a panelist at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) West Coast Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Cosmetics & Personal Care Products, taking place in Santa Monica, California on September 28 – 29, 2023. The panel Sophie will be participating in, “Cracking the West Coast Cosmetics Code: A Guide to Ensuring Compliance with California and Washington State Laws and Regulations for Cosmetics and Personal Care Products,” will address California's Safe Cosmetics Program, how to ensure compliance with Proposition 65 and its warning requirements, Washington’s upcoming Toxics-Free Cosmetics Act, and more.
