David Ettinger to Present at Chemical Watch's Global Cosmetics Summit

Keller and Heckman Partner David Ettinger will speak on China’s new regulatory framework for cosmetics at Chemical Watch’s virtual Global Cosmetics Summit, which will be held November 17-18, 2021. There will also be presentations on regulatory cosmetic frameworks in Europe, South Korea, Latin America, and North America. Extended producer responsibilities for packaging and its impact on the cosmetic sector will also be discussed.
