Marketing Coordinator (Washington, DC Office)

Description

International law firm, headquartered in Washington, DC, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their Washington, DC office to work collaboratively with our Marketing Department and attorneys. We are seeking a detail oriented, outgoing, and highly organized individual who is willing to learn new skills, excels in a fast-paced environment, and has a minimum of three years of experience in marketing or a related field.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the company website, including coordinating, reviewing, and posting content
  • Executing email marketing campaigns and overseeing blog sites
  • Overseeing Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Organizing, promoting, and implementing webinars for specified practice groups
  • Overseeing and maintaining firm’s social media channels
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading client facing documents

This position requires an inquisitive person with a strong technical background and exceptional attention to detail. Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in MS Office Suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required. Knowledge of LinkedIn, and Drupal or WordPress, a plus.
