Sheila Millar Testifies on Effects of CPSC's Enforcement of E-Liquid Containers on Small Businesses
At a hearing of the Small Business Administration (SBA) on August 19, 2019, Keller and Heckman partner Sheila Millar spoke on behalf of the E-Vapor Coalition about burdens small businesses are facing as a result of the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) recent interpretation, three years after the Child Nicotine Poisoning Prevention Act (CNPPA) went into effect, that e-liquids not only must be packaged in child-resistant containers, but must have flow-restricted containers as well.
