Sheila Millar and Tracy Marshall to Attend the 2018 Toy of the Year Awards

Sheila Millar and Tracy Marshall will attend the 2018 Toy of the Year (TOTY) Awards on February 16, 2018 in New York City. The Gala will celebrate the year's best toys and the 2018 Toy Industry Hall of Fame inductees and will help kickoff the 115th North American International Toy Fair.
