Partner Rick Stearns to Serve on Panel at the New York State Bar Association's Annual Meeting of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section

Partner Rick Stearns will speak on a panel at the annual meeting of the New York State Bar Association's Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law Section on January 28, 2016. The panel will address developments and legislation proposed to amend FDA's regulation of cosmetics, including the Personal Care Products Safety Act, and an update on dietary supplement cases.
