Manesh Rath to Testify at Congressional Hearing

Keller and Heckman Partner Manesh Rath will be testifying before the House Workforce Protection Subcommittee for the Congressional Hearing, “Clearing the Air: Science-Based Strategies to Protect Workers from COVID-19 Infections,” on March 11, 2021. Manesh will be providing testimony regarding the creation and effectiveness of a federal OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard as well as employer initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic.
