Manesh Rath to Present "Drug Testing Policies in a New Paradigm"

Manesh Rath will present "Drug Testing Policies in a New Paradigm" at the 2019 Annual Meeting for the National Pavement Asphalt Association. The meeting will take place January 20-23 in Marco Island, Florida. Manesh will present on the 22nd. Manesh will give a high-level overview of the issues surrounding employee drug testing, record keeping, and company policy guidelines in the context of the changing landscape regarding privacy and legalization of controlled substances.
