Keller and Heckman LLP Elects Two New Partners for 2011

January 1, 2011 -- Keller and Heckman LLP is proud to announce that two new Partners have been elected to the Firm: Gregory E. Kunkle and Tracy P. Marshall, both resident in the Washington, D.C. office. 

Gregory E. Kunkle, Partner, practices in the area of telecommunications law, assisting corporate clients and trade associations with various legal and regulatory issues, primarily involving matters before the Federal Communications Commission. His practice includes assisting clients with the licensing of private wireless telecommunications systems, FCC enforcement, spectrum acquisitions, and equipment authorizations. Mr. Kunkle received his B.A. from Virginia Tech and his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.

Tracy P. Marshall, Partner, practices in the areas of telecommunications, business counseling and transactional, Internet and privacy, advertising, and intellectual property law. She assists clients with structuring business transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, complying with privacy, data security, and consumer protection laws, and protecting their intellectual property rights. Ms. Marshall also represents clients in proceedings before the FCC and FTC. She received her B.A. from Washington and Lee University and her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
