Keller and Heckman is pleased to announce that our Partners Arthur Garrett and Manesh Rath have been selected as 2020 Super Lawyers.
Partner Arthur Garrett has been selected as a Washington, D.C. Super Lawyer in the Insurance Coverage category. Mr. Garrett, who is also a seasoned litigator and Keller and Heckman’s General Counsel, focuses his Insurance Coverage practice on insurance recovery with an emphasis on the representation of food industry policyholders. His trial experience has taken him all over the United States to try cases in state and federal courts.
Partner Manesh Rath has been selected as a Washington, D.C. Super Lawyer in the Employment & Labor and Employment Litigation. This is the fourth consecutive year he has been selected. Mr. Rath focuses his practice on employment and labor, occupational safety and health, trade association, and wage and hour law. He also has extensive class action litigation experience.
