Keller and Heckman Attorneys Participate in Tobacco Merchants Association Seminar
Keller and Heckman Partner Azim Chowdhury and Associate Kathryn C. Skaggs were selected as participants in a day-long “roundtable” that was held in connection with the Tobacco Merchants Association’s (TMA) summit, “Translating Consensus eVapor Regulatory Principles into Consensus eVapor Performance Standards.” The discussion focused on e-vapor standards and future U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulation of these products. FDA was represented at the summit.
In addition to participating in the roundtable, Ms. Skaggs also spoke at the summit. Her presentation was titled, “NGO Consensus Standards from and for U.S. Regulated Stakeholders.” The Summit took place October 28, 2015, at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, VA.
