Jim Baller Featured in Community Networks Article on Earning ILSR’s Lifetime Achievement Award

Keller and Heckman Senior Counsel Jim Baller was featured in the Institute for Local Self-Reliance’s (ILSR) Community Networks article, “Broadband Champion Jim Baller Presented with Lifetime Achievement Award.” The article congratulates Jim for earning the ILSR Lifetime Achievement Award for his “trailblazing” career, “fighting for the rights of communities to decide their own digital futures.” During ILSR’s 50th anniversary gala, where Jim was presented with the award, ILSR’s Community Broadband Networks Initiative Director Christopher Mitchell described Jim as “someone who has shaped our work and has meant a lot for the entire nation.”
