Herb Estreicher Quoted in Article on State and Federal PFAS Mandates

Keller and Heckman Partner Herb Estreicher was quoted in the Inside TSCA article, “State, EPA Mandates Add To Patchwork Of PFAS Reporting Requirements.” The article discusses PFAS controls and how several states have set their own separate data requirements for PFAs makers. Therefore, companies will now have to follow both the federal and state requirements. 

According to Herb, “at some point you reach a critical point in time where there are too many states with various regulations and laws, and it becomes unworkable in terms of having smooth interstate commerce.”
