Herb Estreicher Quoted in Article on EU Court Ruling on Chemicals

Keller and Heckman Partner Herb Estreicher was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “EU Court: Chemicals in Article Parts Must Be Disclosed.” The articles notes that manufacturers will need to know and report even more information about certain chemicals in component parts of products they make, in light of a September 10 EU Court of Justice ruling. 

“Importing articles with component parts in the EU just got a lot tougher,” said Herb.
