Herb Estreicher Quoted in Article on EPA Safe Chemical Use Review

Keller and Heckman Partner Herb Estreicher was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “Manufacturers Aim to Convince EPA Their Chemical Use is Safe.” The article notes how makers of certain products, such as tires and asphalt, are giving the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) information about how they use some of the 20 chemicals the agency may review and regulate. These manufacturers look to persuade the EPA not to examine a chemical they use or convince the agency that the chemical does not warrant regulation.
