Herb Estreicher Quoted in Article on EPA Decisions Spurring Lawsuits

Keller and Heckman Partner Herb Estreicher was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “Years of Lawsuits Ahead as EPA Rolls Out Chemical Decisions.” The article discusses how the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will issue many first-ever decisions about chemicals and the regulators for managing them this year, causing lawsuits that attorneys predict will shape the agency’s implementation of U.S. commercial chemical laws for years to come. The EPA will use its interpretation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) amendments to make those decisions.
