Herb Estreicher Quoted in Article on EPA Asbestos Analysis

Keller and Heckman Partner Herb Estreicher was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “EPA Eyes Split Chemical Risk Analysis to Address Court Ruling.” The article details how EPA may divide into two parts its examination of whether asbestos and a group of flame retardants are too risky. One part would review ongoing uses of the chemicals while a second supplemental analysis would look at ‘legacy” risks from discontinued uses of the substances.
