Gregory Clark Quoted in Article on EPA Tailored Approaches

Keller and Heckman Partner Gregory Clark was quoted in the Inside TSCA article, “Industry Urges EPA To Adopt Tailored Approaches In Tiered Data Rule.” The article discusses how industry groups are urging EPA to tailor its “tiered data reporting” (TDR) rule for industry- and chemical-specific concerns. Industry and environmental group stakeholders view data mandates for chemicals that have not yet entered prioritization as reviving much of the Obama-era proposal for a “pre-prioritization” step under TSCA.

“To my mind, what EPA has described here is pre-prioritization. It’s creation of a candidate pool for prioritization decisions,” said Gregory.
