Eve Pelonis to Present at the FDLI's Introduction to Food Law and Regulation

Eve Pelonis will present on March 3rd at the FDLI's Introduction to Food Law and Regulation. Attendees will explore the essentials of food law and regulation and gain a comprehensive understanding of the various administrative agencies that impact these industries. They will also learn about pending regulations, food safety, food labeling, enforcement, and related issues via case studies, hypotheticals, and ample discussion.
