David Fischer Authored Article, “A Tale of Two Environmental Stressors on the Great Lakes”

Keller and Heckman Counsel David Fischer authored the Natural Resources & Environment journal article, “A Tale of Two Environmental Stressors on the Great Lakes.” The article notes how the Great Lakes, despite their enormity, have been acutely vulnerable to chemical pollution and invasive species, two environmental stressors that impact the biological integrity of ecosystems with considerable economic consequences. Given the vulnerability and the transnational character of the Great Lakes, the basin area serves as an ideal laboratory to compare and contrast binational efforts to confront environmental stressors.
