Chambers 2024 USA Guide Ranks Keller and Heckman in the Highest Echelon
For the tenth consecutive year, Keller and Heckman LLP’s Food and Drug practice earned the highest distinction, Band 1, in the Food and Beverages: Regulatory & Litigation – Nationwide category. Numerous Food and Drug partners also received prestigious individual rankings: Devon Wm. Hill (Band 3), Evangelia (Eve) Pelonis (Band 3), Richard (Rick) Mann (Band 4), and Mitzi Ng Clark (Band 4). Additionally, the firm’s Advertising and Promotion practice received recognition with Partner Kathleen (Katie) Bond ranked Band 4 in the Advertising: Transactional & Regulatory – Nationwide category.

In addition to the Food and Drug practice receiving a Band 1 ranking for an unprecedented ten sequential years, Eve Pelonis and Mitzi Clark were both elevated in individual rankings. Eve, who focuses on matters relating to food labeling, food safety, animal feed, food additives and ingredients, and dietary supplements, jumped to a Band 3 ranking. Mitzi received her inaugural ranking, Band 4, for her extensive work in food, cosmetic, and drug packaging regulatory issues. Additionally, Devon Hill and Rick Mann maintained their individual rankings. Devon’s practice focuses on the regulatory aspects of the global marketing of new foods, cosmetics, packaging, and related products along with compliance issues for products already on the market. Rick’s practice is focused on food advertising, promotional and labeling claims, as well as food safety and compliance issues.
