Casey Lide and Tracy Marshall Quoted in Broadband Breakfast Article on Providers’ Lack of Compliance with FCC Order
Keller and Heckman Partners Casey Lide and Tracy Marshall were quoted in the Broadband Breakfast article, “‘A Lot’ of Providers Haven’t Complied with FCC Transparency Order, ISP Lawyer Claims.” The article surrounds Casey and Tracy’s discussion at the International Municipal Lawyers Association (IMLA) webinar held on February 8, 2022. During the webinar, Casey said that many internet service providers (ISPs) have failed to comply with the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) ISP Transparency Statement, which is aimed at service providers to enable greater transparency regarding their performance and practices. Tracy similarly expressed the need for greater cybersecurity stating, “Ransomware is the biggest threat to public and private entities.”
