Azim Chowdhury Quoted in Article on Second Circuit Citing Carte Blanche to Curb Tobacco Sales

Azim Chowdhury was cited in a February 27^th article, 2nd Circ. Grants Cities Carte Blanche to Curb Tobacco Sales. He told reporter Greg Ryan, that there is a possibility the Supreme Court may side with the losing company: "It will be interesting to see whether [Smokeless Tobacco] appeals this decision or not, because the Second Circuit is stepping around various argument the plaintiff made."
