Keller and Heckman partners Azim Chowdhury and Eric Gotting were quoted in the VapingPost article “The FDA was Ordered to Regulate E-cigs and Vapes by a Federal Judge”.

During a webinar that took place on May 17, 2019, Mr. Chowdhury and Mr. Gotting explained that judges concluded that Trump administration officials were working to disintegrate the compliance policies at the agencies in favor of private industries.
