Jack Richards Retires
After 30 years at Keller and Heckman LLP and 10 years at the FCC, Jack Richards is retiring at the end of the year. Richards’s telecom career spanned the “CB” era at the FCC, through the Internet and into Broadband. His clients included electric utilities, oil and natural gas companies and their national trade associations, as well as equipment manufacturers, microwave companies and other users of spectrum. In 2014, 2015, and again in 2016, he was named by Thomson Reuters as a “SuperLawyer” in the Communications category. Annually, no more than five percent of the lawyers in each state or territory receive this honor.
