Still Awaiting "Official" Publication of Amended TSCA

It will likely take the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) several months to publish an official updated version of TSCA, as amended by the “Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act” in the United States Code.  In the meantime, one can access the U.S. House of Representative’s version at http://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?path=/prelim@title15/chapter53&edition=prelim.  Westlaw has also incorporated the changes in its U.S. Code Annotated, which can be accessed for a fee at www.next.westlaw.com.  However, until GPO publishes the amended law in the United States Code, the enacted bill, available at www.congress.gov, is considered the official version.
