Douglas Behr Authors Article in Food and Drug Law Journal

Keller and Heckman Partner Douglas J. Behr authored an article in FDLI’s 1^st Quarter issue of Food and Drug Law Journal titled, “Challenging an Immediate Suspension of a DEA Registration: Is It Time for a New Tact?”  The article discusses options available for DEA Registrants who are subject to an immediate suspension of their registration and suggests a new litigation strategy.
