Resolution on Reducing Use of BPA 

On April 28, 2009, the General Assembly of Pennsylvania passed a resolution urging Congress and the FDA to work with industry to reduce the level of BPA in plastic food packaging, identify alternative chemicals, and ban the import, sale, and advertising of polycarbonate baby bottles.
