Keller and Heckman Associate Yin Dai will present, “How ‘Powerful’ Should Functional Food Be?” as part of a group discussion at the Food and Beverage Forum (FBIF) on July 2, 2021 in Hangzhou, China. The presentation will discuss the differences in consumer acceptance and expectations for functional foods between different countries and whether functional food should be more "functional" or more "food.”
