Webinar: The New TSCA: A Webinar for EU Companies

Effective June 22, 2016, the United States has updated its chemical control legislation, the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Nearly every major section of the law is affected.  Notifications for all existing chemical substances that are actively manufactured or imported in U.S. commerce need to be submitted to the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These substances are then to be screened and prioritized for more in-depth risk evaluation and risk management. Keller and Heckman Partners Herb Estreicher and Martha Marrapese discussed what EU companies need to know about the new TSCA legislation and how the new regulatory structure will impact business and trade.
