Keller and Heckman LLP hosted a very special TSCA 30/30 webinar to discuss “U.S. v. Inhance Case: Impurities v. Byproducts and SNURS and the Broader Implications for Industry.” 

The webinar included a presentation and roundtable discussion featuring Partners Herb Estreicher, Tom Berger, and James Votaw. A case was made that industry needs to engage on this issue which has implications far broader than the fluorination of plastic resins and containers.
