Tom Magee will present "Small Cell Attachments" at the RMEL Distribution Overhead and Underground Operations and Maintenance Conference. Tom's presentation will take place on March 15th and he will discuss the regulatory and operational issues pertaining to small cell wireless attachments to electric utility poles, and explain provisions utility pole owners can use to protect themselves.
