Sheila Millar to Participate in Product Safety Letter Webinar

Sheila Millar will participate in a webinar sponsored by Product Safety Letter on March 19 on the topic of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) proposed revisions to Section 6(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA).  This provision offers consumer product companies unique protections from disclosure of information that could directly or indirectly identify them as subject to a CPSC investigation until a recall is publicly announced.
