Senior Regulatory Counselor Eric Gu to Present at Food Contact Asia 2024

Keller and Heckman Senior Regulatory Counselor Eric Gu will present on the Japanese Positive List (PL) at Food Contact Asia 2024, to be held virtually and in Singapore on June 7, 2024. He will begin with a brief description of the Japanese Food Sanitation Act and Notification No. 370, which sets forth general safety standards for food packaging in Japan. Eric will then discuss the introduction of the PL in 2020 and the most recent update of the List. Finally, he will explain how to use the new PL by providing case studies and notable exceptions.
