Sean Stokes to Present at UTC Utility Broadband Workshop

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present, “Understanding the Regulatory and Legal Requirements of Utility Broadband,” at the virtual United Technologies Council (UTC) Utility Broadband Workshop on June 22, 2021. This session will feature information on various issues including state regulation and approval of investor-owned utilities broadband investments, restrictions on municipally owned or cooperatively organized utility broadband services, and build-out requirements and performance measures for FCC broadband funding recipients.
