Partners Sean Stokes and Wesley Wright to Present at NATOA Annual Conference

Keller and Heckman Partners Sean Stokes and Wesley Wright will present at the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) 2022 Annual Conference taking place in Denver, Colorado, from August 29 - September 1, 2022. Sean’s roundtable discussion is titled, “NTIA Broadband Grant Programs,” which will examine the BEAD and Digital Equity grant programs. The discussion will explore how to engage with your state broadband office and talk about what other local governments are doing to prepare for opportunities to come. Wesley will serve on the panel titled, “When Disaster Strikes your Community,” which will examine the role of broadband utilities following local fires in Boulder County, takeaway lessons, best practices to improve warning systems, and strategies for disaster response. The discussion will also touch on recovery of critical systems, including telecom infrastructure, and ideas for state, federal, legislative, and regulatory solutions.
