Partners Katie Skaggs and JC Walker to Present at Food Contact Regulations USA

Keller and Heckman Partners Kathryn (Katie) Skaggs and Jean-Cyril (JC) Walker will give presentations at Food Contact Regulations USA 2023, to be held virtually and in Washington, DC on June 29-30, 2023. In its sixth year, this conference will cover the latest updates to legislation affecting food contact materials (FCMs). In particular, new federal and state legislation, together with manufacturer-led sustainability mandates, are reshaping the FCMs landscape. Katie will provide an update on PFAS laws and regulations in her presentation, "Regulatory developments on PFAS in food packaging." JC's presentation, "Sustainable claims and other risk considerations," will discuss the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Green Guides and more.
