Keller and Heckman Partners Jeffrey Keithline, Mark Thompson, and JC Walker will present a webinar hosted by The Food Industry Association (FMI), to be held September 21, 2022. Their presentation, titled, “Emerging Issues in Sustainability (Part One),” will provide a general overview of the developments associated with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) as well as chemical-specific restrictions and prohibitions that are emerging at the federal, state, and even local level.
