Partners Casey Lide and Sean Stokes to Present at Broadband Communities Summit 2025

Keller and Heckman Partners Casey Lide and Sean Stokes will present at Broadband Communities Summit 2025, to be held in Houston, TX on June 23 – 25, 2025.

Casey’s presentation “Finance 101: Getting to Grips with the Available Options Business Models & Funding,” will discuss what financing options are available for community broadband projects and other topics such as private equity, banking loans, municipal bonds, and tax programs.

Sean’s presentation, “Let’s Work Together: Access to Rights of Way, Easements, Poles, Ducts and More,” will deliberate if local and state officials are ready to manage the permitting process.

Casey and Sean will also do a joint presentation on the topic “Legal Frontiers: Unpacking Today’s Most Pressing Challenges.” This presentation will cover navigating complex regulatory environments, managing permitting and licensing issues, legal risks and liabilities in network development, contractual negotiations and vendor relationships, and more.
