Partners Casey Lide and Sean Stokes and Senior Counsel Jim Baller to Present at the Broadband Communities Summit 2024

Keller and Heckman Partners Casey Lide and Sean Stokes and Senior Counsel Jim Baller will be among the speakers at the Broadband Communities Summit 2024, to be held in The Woodlands, Texas on May 6 – 8, 2024. 

Jim will serve on a panel titled “Creating a Regulatory Framework for Delivering Connectivity for Communities.” The panelists will explore hot topics being discussed at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Congress, and how these policies impact the broadband sector.

The panel that Casey and Sean will participate in, “What’s Hot? A Deep Dive into Current Legal Challenges,” will examine the most pressing legal challenges facing service providers, municipalities, and infrastructure builders.
