Partners Azim Chowdhury and Eric Gotting to Present at Next Generation Nicotine Delivery USA 2025

Keller and Heckman Partners Azim Chowdhury and Eric Gotting will present at the 7th Annual Next Generation Nicotine Delivery USA Conference, to be held in Miami, Florida, on June 4 - 5, 2025. 

Azim will participate on the keynote panel, "What FDA cuts could mean for the future of next generation nicotine?" Panelists will examine the implications of the FDA Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) cuts, including what we can expect from the new FDA leaders and how Trump's tariffs will affect the tobacco industry.

Eric’s presentation, “Impact of Supreme Court Cases and ENDS Litigation Update,” will provide an update on the Wages and White Lion and R.J. Reynolds Supreme Court cases, as well as discuss the state of New York enforcement action and MDO challenges.
