Partner Sheila Millar to Present at 2024 AIPLA Annual Meeting

Keller and Heckman Partner Sheila Millar will present at the 2024 American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Annual Meeting on October 24-26, 2024, in National Harbor, Maryland. Sheila will be speaking on the panel, “Be Careful What You Greenwash: The Importance of Accuracy in Advertising Claims on Sustainability.” This panel will discuss the FTC’s Green Guidelines, claims about sustainability, social media influencers, and recent enforcement.
