Partner Sean Stokes to Present at UTC’s Broadband Workshop 2024

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will serve as a panelist at the Utilities Technology Council’s (UTC) Broadband Workshop 2024, to be held in Clemson, South Carolina on March 6 – 8, 2024. The panel session, “Legal/Regulatory Issues for Utility Broadband,” will focus on the regulatory and policy issues for broadband deployment and services, particularly as they affect utilities.
