Partner Sean Stokes to Present at APPA’s 2025 Engineering and Operations Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present at the American Public Power Association’s (APPA) Engineering and Operations Conference, to be held in Sacramento, California, on March 30 – April 2, 2025. Sean’s presentation, “Utility Pole Inspection and Joint Use,” will review the legal and regulatory requirements governing rates, terms, and conditions of pole attachments for public power utilities. The presentation will also examine GIS mapping and discuss the latest round of NESC changes related to communications and pole attachments.
