Partner Sean Stokes to Present at the 2024 Fiber Network Alliance Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present at the 2024 Fiber Network Alliance Conference, to be held in Jekyll Island, Georgia on September 9-11, 2024. Sean's presentation, “Impactful Regulatory and Legal Updates,” will discuss the status of BEAD and the ability of FNA to participate as a lead applicant on behalf of members, state responses to ongoing challenges to NTIA’s imposition of regulated low-cost rate plans for BEAD recipients, the Supreme Court’s removal of Chevron deference to FCC rulings, and more.
