Partner Sean Stokes to Present at 2023 NATOA Annual Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present at the 2023 National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) Annual Conference, to be held in Long Beach, California, on October 2 – 5, 2023. Sean’s presentation, “BEAD: One Year In. What’s YOUR Plan?” will dive into the processes, practices, and resources available to assist local communities on how to best position themselves as the states solidify their BEAD implementation proposals.
