Partner Rohit Sabnis to Present at ACI-CRN’s Forum on Dietary Supplements

Keller and Heckman Partner Rohit Sabnis will present at the 10th Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Dietary Supplements hosted by the American Conference Institute (ACI) and Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN). The forum will take place on June 29-30, 2022, in New York City and will also be broadcasted live for attendees. The program will feature case studies and presentations related to the dietary supplement industry, including pending legislation in support of mandatory product listings, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) priorities, and various state law updates. Rohit’s presentation is titled, “Navigating the Latest Class Action and Prop 65 Activity: Keeping an Eye on the Plaintiff’s Bar’s Newest Assaults on the Dietary Supplements Industry.”
