Partner Peter Craddock to Present at Targeted Advertising and “Pay or Okay” Roundtable Event

Keller and Heckman Partner Peter Craddock will serve as one of the speakers at an event hosted and moderated by Hogan Lovells, “Targeted Advertising & “Pay or Okay”: Is User Choice Truly Free?” The roundtable will take place on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 4:00pm CET. Peter will speak alongside representatives from Hogan Lovells, IAB Europe, META, Conreri, and the University of Surrey on the legal and practical framework of targeted advertising in the European Union, and the “Pay or Okay” business model, a model widely used in the media sector and recently adopted by META.
