Partner Peter Craddock to Present at IAPP Data Protection Intensive: France 2023

Keller and Heckman Partner Peter Craddock will present at the IAPP Data Protection Intensive: France 2023, taking place in Paris, France on March 14 – 15, 2023. He will co-present a presentation titled, “CNIL Sanctions vs EDPB Methodology on the Calculation of Sanctions: From Theory to Practice,” which will aim to help organizations understand the CNIL’s approach and anticipate how it might evolve in the future. Peter will also discuss EDPB fining methodology and potential flaws.
